Cakebread Classic Cakes
Our lemon meringue and our classic cheesecake should be stored and served chilled. Our carrot cake should be kept chilled and allowed to soften for one to two hours before serving. To order, call 250-338-8211.
Lemon Meringue Cake – Lemony mousse, our house-made fresh lemon curd and two layers of vanilla cake, all topped with generous swoops of toasted meringue.
Classic Cheesecake – New York style cheesecake topped with berry compote.
Carrot Cake – A perennial favourite dense with shredded carrots, coconut, pineapple and walnuts. Topped with rich cream cheese frosting. Available as a 6” or 9” square cake or in larger sheet cake sizes.
All of our cakes are available in three sizes:
6” (serves 6 to 8); 9” (serves 12 to 18);
We also take special orders for 12” cakes and larger sheet, round and square cakes .
