Mouthwatering Mousse Cakes

Our mouthwatering mousse cakes should be kept chilled and allowed to soften for one to two hours at room temperature before serving. To order, call 250-338-8211.

Chocolate Mousse Cake – Rich and light Belgian chocolate mousse on a layer of chocolate cake, glazed with dark chocolate.

Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake – Two layers of chocolate cake, alternating with two layers of chocolate hazelnut mousse.

Beaufort Cassis Mousse– Local Beaufort black currrant wine mousse on a thin flourless chocolate cake layer topped with Salt Spring Island goat cheese mousse. * Wheat & gluten free.

Chocolate Truffle Cake– Dense Belgian chocolate pâté on a flourless cake base, served with raspberry coulis. * Wheat & gluten free.

All of our cakes are available in three sizes: 6” (serves 6 to 8); 9” (serves 12 to 18); We also take special orders for 12” cakes and larger sheet, round and square cakes .
